VEGAN PREP INSTRUCTIONS

Baking Mixes

  • Chocolate Cake Mix – substitute 1 cup of milk with your favorite non-dairy alternative (we love almond milk), and substitute 3 eggs with the equivalent amount of egg replacer. We use 3 servings of Namaste Foods egg replacer.

  • Dark Chocolate Cookie Mix – substitute six tablespoons of butter with six tablespoons coconut oil, and substitute one egg with an egg replacer.

  • Dark Chocolate Muffin Mix – substitute ½ cup of milk with your favorite non-dairy milk and substitute two eggs with an egg replacer.
